We respond to inquiries within two business days. Complex project requests may require additional time for assessment.
Workshop Visits
Visits to our workshop can be arranged after initial email consultation. This allows us to prepare relevant material samples and project examples for your review.

Not every inquiry leads to a project, and that is expected. Preliminary conversations carry no obligation.
Material Donations
If you have reclaimed wood to offer, whether from a demolition project, fallen tree, or renovation, we are interested in hearing from you. We evaluate all material offers and can arrange pickup within our service area.
Include photographs and basic information about the material source in your email.
Service Area
Our primary service area covers Ontario and Quebec, with material sourcing extending throughout both provinces. We can ship smaller pieces across Canada and accommodate installation projects within reasonable travel distance from Toronto.
For projects outside our standard area, please inquire about logistics and associated costs.
